If you are unhappy with your purchase we are very happy to accept a return. You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. To start a return, you can contact us at littlehaus.home@gmail.com. 

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

Damage
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can sort that out for you.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. If there are any problems, please contact us at littlehaus.home@gmail.com.

Purchases will be shipped 2-3 business days from when payment is received.

All Swiss deliveries are made using Swiss Post Postpac Economy. Delivery is free of charge within Switzerland.

​International

All international deliveries are made using Swiss Post PostPac International which includes: 

• Distribution and customs clearance by the local postal organization

• Insurance (liability coverage) and Track & Trace

• Signed-for delivery

• Mailing via the PRIORITY channel

Europe (including UK and Norway): delivery in 2-5 working days  - CHF36

North America: delivery in 4-8 days - CHF49

Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: delivery in 7-10 days - CHF53

Asia Pacific: delivery in 7-10 days - CHF53

​When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which may include a tracking number you can use to check its status on www.post.ch. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

​Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Little Haus is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

For even burning, place your candle in a straight position on a fireproof surface away from drafts. If a rim begins to form, cut it off carefully with a knife when the candle is cold or fold in the top edges while the wax is warm. If the flame is too weak, pour excess wax out. If the flame is too vigorous, trim the wick when the candle is cold. 

Bloom is a white film that naturally appears on beeswax over time. This does not effect the candle in any way and can be gently wiped off with a soft cloth.

Always take care when burning candles, do not leave them unattended!
