SHIPPING POLICY

Processing
Purchases will be shipped 2-3 business days from when payment is received.
Within Switzerland
All Swiss deliveries are made using Swiss Post Postpac Economy - 2 working days - CHF8.50
International
All international deliveries are made using Swiss Post PostPac International which includes tracking.
Europe (including UK and Norway): delivery in 3-5 working days - CHF25
North America: delivery in 3-7 days - CHF32
Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: delivery in 6-10 days - CHF32
Asia Pacific: delivery in 8-14 days - CHF32
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which may include a tracking number you can use to check its status on www.post.ch. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Little Haus is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
RETURN POLICY
If you are unhappy with your purchase we are very happy to accept a return. You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. To start a return, you can contact us at littlehaus.home@gmail.com.
If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

Damage
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can sort that out for you.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. If there are any problems, please contact us at littlehaus.home@gmail.com.
